  • How long does a home renovation typically take?

    Depending on the type of renovation, we work with the homeowners to establish realistic timelines. We strive to deliver a complete renovation that meets our high standards of excellence. When assessing the project our experts will give a timeline for the completion of the renovations.

  • Do I have to apply for building permits for the construction on my property?

    No, our team will be applying for all the necessary permits on your behalf.

  • How do I ensure the contractors are insured?

    All of our staff, contractors and 3rd party vendors are fully licensed and insured within their respective fields. We pride ourselves on working with individuals and companies that meet the provincial standards for construction.

  • How do I determine my budget for home renovations?

    Our team will assess the project and provide you with a quote that resembles a completed renovation. As always, you should plan a contingency budget of at least 30% to meet the needs of any changes that may arise, unexpected findings during demolition and last minute changes that will impact the original renovation plan.

  • Do I need to provide architectural rendering to you prior to a renovation?

    Our team has architects on staff who work with our clients to create a beautiful renovation or new home build. You are welcome to submit you’re pre approved, engineered drawings to us and we will happily work with those plans to create your home renovation.
